Aquaporin secures milestone contract in Central Asia

Aquaporin is pleased to announce a significant order for a municipal drinking water treatment plant project in Central Asia. This project marks the, to date, largest individual order of our innovative CLEAR elements, with a treatment capacity of 25,000 cubic meters per day.

The customer, a leading Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company based in the Central Asia region, has chosen Aquaporin’s advanced water treatment solutions to enhance the quality and availability of the water from the municipal drinking water treatment plant.

At Aquaporin, we are happy to collaborate with partners who support the development of essential infrastructure in Central Asia.

Senior Sales Manager Industrial Water Ozan Dönertas from Aquaporin is excited that the CLEAR Eco membranes will be used in such an important project.

“At Aquaporin, we are happy to collaborate with partners who support the development of essential infrastructure in Central Asia. It is fascinating to see our innovative technology make a difference at such a large scale. It is the largest individual project where industrial biomimetic RO membranes are used,” says Ozan Dönertas.

CLEAR is a series of brackish water reverse osmosis elements designed for industry, municipalities, and businesses with strong environmental consciousness and ambitious energy-saving targets for their water treatment processes.

The Aquaporin Inside® CLEAR products offer best-in-class flow rates, excellent reduction of contaminants, and reliable long-term performance.
