Kongens Lyngby, Denmark, June 20, 2025 – Pursuant to section 38(1) of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Aquaporin A/S (ticker: AQP), (“Aquaporin” or the “Company”) hereby notifies receipt of major shareholder notification from Mikael Goldschmidt.

Mikael Goldschmidt has notified Aquaporin that Mikael Goldschmidt has increased its direct shareholding and holds an aggregate of 1,600,000 shares and voting rights in the Company corresponding to 6.88% of the share capital and voting rights of Aquaporin.

This announcement is being made in accordance with section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act.
