Business transacted at the extraordinary general meeting of Aquaporin A/S
Company announcement no. 22/2021
Today an extraordinary general meeting of Aquaporin A/S was held at which the following resolutions were approved in accordance with the notice to convene the extraordinary general meeting:
- Anupam Bhargava was elected as new member to the Board of Directors; and
- Jianlong Zhuang was elected as new member to the Board of Directors.
As described in the notice to convene the extraordinary general meeting, Jianwen Cai has resigned from the Board of Directors in connection with the election of Jianlong Zhuang.
