Kongens Lyngby, Denmark, March 7, 2023– Pursuant to section 38(1) of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Aquaporin A/S (ticker: AQP), (“Aquaporin” or the “Company”) hereby notifies receipt of major shareholder notification from Topsøe Holding A/S.
Topsøe Holding A/S has notified Aquaporin that Topsøe Holding A/S has increased its direct shareholding and holds an aggregate of 573,219 shares and voting rights in the Company corresponding to 5.24% of the share capital and voting rights of Aquaporin. This announcement is being made in accordance with section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act.
