Copenhagen, Denmark, April 25, 2024 – Pursuant to section 38(1) of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Aquaporin A/S (ticker: AQP) (“Aquaporin” or the “Company”) hereby notifies receipt of major shareholder notification.
Aquaporin has received notification that as a result of the results of the rights issue (as announced by Aquaporin in a company announcement published on April 25, 2024), VP Capital N.V.’s (“VP”) shareholding in Aquaporin is a total of 2,555,000 shares of a nominal value of DKK 1 each, corresponding to 11.0% of the total share capital and voting rights in Aquaporin.
VP is a limited liability company organised under the laws of Belgium under the registration number 0812.302.447 with its registered address at Parklaan 46 Box 201, 2300 Turnhout, Belgium. VP is controlled by Stichting Administratiekantoor vp beheer.
